Our adults program consists of both gi and no gi. Not only will you practice techniques, you’ll learn to connect skills together, improve mobility, and roll safely.

Our classes are perfect for those who want to develop a new skill and have a great workout, all while being surrounded by a friendly community.

Kids

Parents- the best way to protect your child is to teach them how to protect themselves.

Our kids program focuses on developing basic jiu jitsu skills, building confidence, and learning respect for themselves and others.

We welcome both boys and girls, ages 6-12 years old.

Personal Training

Dan has been in the personal training industry for 17 years, specializing in mobility and weightlifting.

Whether you want to increase strength, learn how to move better, or both, this is the option for you!

You can choose to work in a small group or one on one.

Women’s Self Defense

Every woman and girl should have the opportunity to learn how to defend themselves from danger.

We created these classes in the hopes that women in the community will have an accessible and affordable resource to practice self defense.

These classes are offered on various Sundays every other month.
